BBQ Baked Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 30 ounces / 3 cups white beans, drained
  • 1 finely chopped red onion
  • 1 - 2 finely chopped jalapeños depending on spice preference
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons tamari gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon braggs aminos
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Set beans, onions and jalapenos aside, whisk together remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Stir in beans, onions and jalapenos. Add salt and pepper.
  • Bake uncovered for 60 minutes.
