Gooey Vegan Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices vegan bread check for eggs, dairy, honey
  • 2 tablespoons Follow Your Heart vegenaise
  • 4 slices vegan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Generously butter one side of a slice of bread with the veganaise and place mayo-side-down onto a preheated stainless steel skillet over medium heat. Add 2 slices of cheese and a second slice of buttered bread mayo side up. Cover and cook until lightly browned. Flip over and recover. Continue cooking until golden brown and vegan cheese is melted into gooey goodness!
  • Serve with a side of nutrient dense chips. We love Forager!
