Vegan Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup of cooked millet
  • 1/2 cup of rice flour
  • 1.5 cups of black beans
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp creole spice blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients in a food processor
  • Form patties
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Place patties in the pan spaced equally apart.
  • Pan fry until firm in the bottom then flip
  • Fry other side is firm. Flip again on both sides to ensure it is thoroughly cooked.
  • Place on your favorite bun with your favorite condiments
