Ingredients
  

  • Salad from fruits and vegetables kept OUT ON THE TABLE for 6 Days in a VeggiDome:
  • romaine lettuce
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 carrot
  • parsley
  • 3 Tbsp chopped broccoli
  • 3 Brussel sprouts
  • 1 Persian cucumber
  • 1 pear
  • 5 Tbsp of A Savory Vegan Orange and Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette & Marinade by Pine and Gilmore
  • 2 scoops of Quinoa cooked with collard greens, onions, mixed vegetables
  • 1 12.5 oz jar Tikka Masala vegan dressing

Instructions
 

  • Chop all vegetables, and combine in a bowl.
  • Then, place the quinoa mixture on top mixed with the Tikka Masala dressing.
  • Add the salad dressing to the entire mixture.
