Add liquid smoke, liquid aminos, and bouillon cube to a bowl and pour about a cup of boiling water over. Use a fork to help dissolve the bouillon cube and mix ingredients. Add soy curls and more hot water until completely submerged.
Stir then let soak for 20-30 minutes. Drain in a strainer and press down with a bowl.
Add soy curls to a bowl and coat with oil and poultry seasoning.
Add soy curls to air fryer basket and air fry at 375 for 15min, flipping 1/2 way through or until desired texture is reached.
