Ingredients

can garbanzo beans

low sodium veggie broth OR 2c hot water and 1 vegan bouillon cube
2/3
c
yellow onion
chopped

tamari
liquid aminos or coconut aminos

T
arrowroot
1
T
nutritional yeast
2
t
chopped garlic or garlic granules
2
t
thyme
1
t
rubbing sage
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and process on high until smooth.
Pour into a small saucepan on medium heat (with mushrooms if desired) and stir constantly until thickened.
Notes
Optional: Add 1c chopped mushroom
