Using 1-2 glasses Nut Nog as a base add the following:

soaked dehydrated mango
with syrup-soaked overnight or longer

small yams or sweet potatoes
peeled & chopped

Persimmon chopped

apple chopped

heaping tablespoon Sun Warrior Collagen Building Protein Peptides

tsp
Moringa Powder
Instructions
Place everything in a blender & mix thoroughly. Before serving grate some Nutmeg on top and Enjoy!
