Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup date paste compacted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 apples diced

Instructions
 

  • Process In a food processor on high speed with S-blade until nice and smooth
  • pour into a metal mixing bowl
  • add the 2 apples diced into nice chunks
  • mix and massage until all the apples are covered with the caramel topping
  • top the pie and press down until flat and even
  • put in the fridge and allow to settle
