Couscous Salad
This is couscous with a blend of seasonings, agave syrup, beans and chopped veggies.

- 1 1/2 cups water
- One 6 oz box of couscous
- One green bell pepper
- One red bell pepper
- One Orange bell pepper
- Agave
- onion
- 1 can of peas
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 can of corn
- seasonings as desired
Step 1: Chop bell peppers and onions
Step 2: Mix bell peppers and onions with peas, corn and chickpeas
Step 3: Boil water and add couscous to water for approx 3 minutes or until couscous is dry but fluffy
Step 4: Add couscous in bowl with peppers, onions, peas, corn and chickpeas
Step 5: Add agave and seasonings as desired
