French vegan version of stuffed tomatoes

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- fresh parsley
- Herbes de Provence
- olive oil
- white wine
curves the tomatoes.
chop the onions and fry in a pan to reduce.
Add the garlic salt.
When reduce add some white wine
Let simmer 2 min
Out of the fire add bread crumbs, chopped parsley.
Mix and stuff the tomatoes.
Put in a baking tray with 1/4 cup of white wine.
Cover loose with foil and let bake for 15/20min at 180•C / 360•F.
Take off the foil and grill for 2 min.
Serve with rice or Bulgur.
