French vegan version of stuffed tomatoes 

A quick and easy French stuffed tomatoes recipe perfect for an appetizer at your next dinner party.

Ingredients
  

  • tomatoes big size
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • fresh parsley
  • Herbes de Provence
  • olive oil
  • white wine

Instructions
 

  • curves the tomatoes.
  • chop the onions and fry in a pan to reduce.
  • Add the garlic salt.
  • When reduce add some white wine
  • Let simmer 2 min
  • Out of the fire add bread crumbs, chopped parsley.
  • Mix and stuff the tomatoes.
  • Put in a baking tray with 1/4 cup of white wine.
  • Cover loose with foil and let bake for 15/20min at 180•C / 360•F.
  • Take off the foil and grill for 2 min.
  • Serve with rice or Bulgur.
