Vegan Raw Veggie Rolls
These raw veggie rolls are so simple to make and bursting with raw vegan nutrients.

- 4 Nori sheets
- 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes halved
- 1 avocado pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
Place one nori sheet down on a bamboo rolling mat, add some cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, sprouts, and bell peppers.
Roll the ingredients into the nori sheet using the bamboo rolling mat to help make the roll tight.
To seal the nori sheet, dip your finger into water and run it along the end of the sheet. Finish rolling the wrap to create a seal.
Remove from the rolling mat. With a sharp knife, slice the wrap in halves or smaller "sushi-like" pieces.
