An easy meal to throw together in minutes. Eat it plain or between two slices of bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can of loma linda tuno vegan tuna
  • 1/4 cup of onion sliced
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup of cabbage chopped
  • 1 small zucchini squash chopped
  • 1/4 cup of corn
  • 1/2 cup of steamed rice
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbs of soy sauce
  • 2 tbs of Vegenaise follow your heart
  • Salt and lemon pepper to taste
  • Sliced almonds to garnish
  • Pack of vegan Hemp Chz crackers for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Toss all the ingredients into a bowl an mix. Thats it!
