Vegan Loco Moco
LOCO MOCO is a very popular delicious meal in Hawai'i! It is So easy to veganize using popular plant-based alternatives! This is a simple 'basic' way of making it but some restaurants add onions or mushrooms to the gravy, or use an avocado instead of an egg.

- 1 Package of Impossible Meat
- 1 Bottle of Just Egg
- 1 Batch of white rice
- 1 Jar of Vegan vegetable broth -I use Better Than Boullion
- 1/4 cup white flour or other gravy thickener
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Onion Powder to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water for gravy-I used 2/3C to start and then added another 1/2C to the flour.
