Decadent Macadamia, Sea Moss Coconut Smoothie

Sea moss is considered a superfood by many with its high nutrient content.  Some of the vital nutrients it holds are Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Calcium,  Chromium, Magnesium, and Zinc.  Combined sea moss with some macadamia, coconut, bananas, and the perfect spices, and you have yourself a super flavorful, thick, creamy, nutrient-dense delicious smoothie, that even the kids will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts soaked for about 30-60 minutes
  • 2 large Young Thai Coconuts or 3 small ones
  • 1 tablespoon Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Baobab Powder
  • 1-2 very ripe bananas peeled
  • 1 large Cardamon or 2 small cardamon Pods
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Vanilla alcohol-free preferably to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, place the pre-soaked Macadamia Nuts, Bananas, Sea Moss Gel, Baobab Powder and spices before adding the water & the meat of the 2 coconuts.
  • Blend to a creamy consistency and chill before serving.
