Ingredients
  

Superwoman Bowl

  • Quinoa (cooked)
  • Lacinato Kale
  • Avocado
  • Butternut Squash (cubed)
  • Caramelized Onions
  • Roasted Corn
  • Hemp Seeds

Cashew Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

For the Bowl

  • Massage kale with lemon juice and salt
  • Layer all bowl ingredients from bottom up (starting with quinoa)Set aside, and make sauce

Cashew Cream Sauce

  • Mix cashews, filtered water, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar in blender
  • Drizzle cashew cream sauce on top of bowl
  • Top with hemp seeds
