Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower
Jane Elizabeth's Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower from Ep 4 of New Day New Chef
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/8 cup hemp seeds (shelled)
- 1/8 cup flaxmeal
Combine ingredients, mixing together until cauliflower is covered.
Bake on a non-stick pan (you can use parchment paper if needed) at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes
Flip over halfway through
Let cool and serve
