Jane Elizabeth's Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower from Ep 4 of New Day New Chef

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/8 cup hemp seeds (shelled)
  • 1/8 cup flaxmeal

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients, mixing together until cauliflower is covered.
  • Bake on a non-stick pan (you can use parchment paper if needed) at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes
  • Flip over halfway through
  • Let cool and serve
