Ingredients
  

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • Turmeric
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Liquid Aminos
  • 1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
  • Mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers (chopped)
  • Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients and mix together in a skillet
  • Season ingredients to taste
  • Cover skillet and cook on low heat for 10 - 15 mins
  • Serve
