Sherri Sheree’s Carrot Tuna

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups carrot juice pulp 7-8 organic carrots
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise Veganaise or Just Mayo
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • 2 Tablespoons organic sweet yellow onion or red onion
  • 2 Tablespoons organic red pepper or green diced
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh organic celery
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated kelp
  • 1/2 teaspoon nori wrap blended in Nutri bullet to make powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ole bay season
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cappy’s Dry Rub
  • Sprinkle a bit of Celtic salt or Himalayan salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add Carrot pulp to a bowl and add all the ingredients and Mix well
  • Enjoy the Carrot Juice!
  • Serve on bread, crackers or with chips. My favorite slice an avocado in half.
  • Remove the seed and spoon in the carrot tuna. Experiment with the recipe and make it your own.
