Slowly add in the middle the wet ingredients. Do not whisk. You want the baking powder to still be active, so be gentle while folding the ingredients in.
Pour into a non-stick pan with vegan margarine on medium heat and flip when there are bubble openings over most of the pancake. If you want thinner pancakes, add a little more plant milk to the batter.
Garnish with your choice of berries or bananas and maple syrup.
