Holiday Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Instant easy oats
  • pinch of Cinnamon
  • Raisins small handful
  • 1 cup Silk soy nog or your favorite brand of vegan nog
  • ½ banana
  • granola
  • whip topping – optional
  • shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Put the oats, cinnamon, raisins, and nog together in a mason jar.
  • Put on the lid and shake it up.
  • Take off the lid, add sliced banana to the top to create a barrier.
  • Then pour about ¾ cup of granola on top, then coconut.
  • Finally, add whipped topping (optional) and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hrs.
  • ENJOY!!
