Gardien Tacos

Course Lunch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag of Gardien plant-based crumbles/or your favorite brand: I.e. Beyond Meat
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion or garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 TB diced red onion
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Pico de gallo:
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 jalapeño deseeded
  • 1 TB of diced red onion
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Stir to combine

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onions with water until translucent add Gardien meat and seasonings and stir until well combined.
  • Add the Gardien meat and pico de gallo to a tortilla top with vegan cheddar cheese, vegan sour cream of your choice and slices of avocado.
