Black Power Vegan Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 C Assorted greens Kale & mixed greens
  • 1/2 Chopped Yellow & Orange peppers
  • 1 C cooked White Rice or Brown Rice
  • 1/2 C Chopped Garden Medley Tomatoes
  • 1 C warmed Beef-less Ground Beef
  • 4 chopped cooked Mushrooms
  • 2 Tbs Cashews
  • 1/2 C Blueberries
  • 1/2 C Sliced Apple wedges
  • Drizzle Goddess Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice. Sauté mushrooms. Warm beef-less ground beef. Layer all the items in the bowl, then drizzle dressing. Shake. Add 1/2 avocado on top. Enjoy!
