Mr. Russell’s Super Simple Tofu Bowl
Brown Rice, Browned Tofu, Sprouts, Condiment of Choice

- 1 Tofu Veggie Burger Patty Hodo
- 2 servings of brown rice
- 1 cup of sprouts or add more or less for texture
- 2-3 squirts of organic ketchup Whole Foods
Place veggie burger patty in pan to warm up on medium heat for 10 mins. Cook the rice for 15 mins until tender. Cut the patty, add over rice in a bowl. Add sprouts on top. Squirt ketchup and stir with a fork, folding the items in together. Dig in!
