Vegan Raw Veggie Rolls

These raw veggie rolls are so simple to make and bursting with raw vegan nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Nori sheets
  • 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Place one nori sheet down on a bamboo rolling mat, add some cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, sprouts, and bell peppers.
  • Roll the ingredients into the nori sheet using the bamboo rolling mat to help make the roll tight.
  • To seal the nori sheet, dip your finger into water and run it along the end of the sheet.  Finish rolling the wrap to create a seal.
  • Remove from the rolling mat. With a sharp knife, slice the wrap in halves or smaller "sushi-like" pieces.
