Vegan tuna salad
An easy meal to throw together in minutes. Eat it plain or between two slices of bread.

- 1 Can of loma linda tuno vegan tuna
- 1/4 cup of onion sliced
- 1 jalapeƱo pepper chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup of cabbage chopped
- 1 small zucchini squash chopped
- 1/4 cup of corn
- 1/2 cup of steamed rice
- 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 2 tbs of Vegenaise follow your heart
- Salt and lemon pepper to taste
- Sliced almonds to garnish
- Pack of vegan Hemp Chz crackers for dipping
