Vegan Beyond Meat Western Bacon Burger

Don't think you can't have a delicious burger just cause you are vegan. This beyond meat bacon burger will blow your mind.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Beyond Burgers
  • 1-2 tablespoons of any Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tablespoons mustard to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons ketchup to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Trader Joes BBQ Sriracha sauce
  • 1 small avocado
  • 4 slices of Benevolent Hickory & Sage Vegan Bacon
  • 2 Vegan Buns
  • 1 small white onion
  • 1/2 of small jalapeño to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients:
  • Slice the onions into thin slivers
  • Slice up Jalapeño into thin slices
  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit and mash it up to use it as a spread; or cut it into slices.
  • Cooking instructions:
  • Take a medium frying pan, add 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil. Wait until the oil is hot, then add 4 slices of Benevolent Bacon. Cook until crispy golden brown.
  • In another small frying pan, add 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil and add the sliced onions and jalapeño pepper. Grill, stirring constantly, until the onions are soft and caramelized and the peppers are nicely grilled.
  • In a third pan - no oil - you will toast the bread until lightly, golden brown
  • Construct the Burger:
  • Place the golden brown toast on a plate, then spread the mayonnaise, mustard, and avocado on the bun. Place burger on top next. The add 2 slices of bacon. Add the onion and Jalapeño pepper. Top with Sriracha sauce and catsup. Replace the other bun. Crunchy, delicious, spicy, tangy!
