PIGGY-LESS vegan Pigs in a Blanket!
The perfect vegan appetizer recipe for your next party, be it Superbowl, Birthday, or any holiday!

- Package of vegan crescent rolls
- large bag baby carrots
- 1 box of veggie broth enough to cover a pot full of carrots
- 1/3 cup coconut aminos
- dash of liquid smoke optional
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Add carrots to pot and fill with veggie broth, just covering the baby carrots.
Add all other ingredients.
Stir to combine.
Bring to boil & cover, simmer for 25 minutes
Remote from heat let sit to marinade for 30 minutes
Prepare crescent rolls (make sure the rollls are vegan friendly!)
cut each roll in 1/2 - once carrots are done roll 1 carrot in each half crescent- add to baking sheet & bake in oven for 12-14 minutes at 375 degrees F
