VEGAN SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz bag of frozen spinach
  • 1 12 oz can of artichokes or use fresh if you’d like! Or a jar!
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 4-5 cloves of minced onion
  • 1 C vegan cream cheese
  • 2/3 C vegan mayo
  • ½ C nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Parmesan
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook onion and garlic in a pan until onions are translucent. Add frozen spinach until unthawed. Stir in artichokes. Heat. Stir in cream cheese, mayo, nooch, Parmesan, and spices. Heat and stir thoroughly. Place in oven safe bake-wear and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
