Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip Is Addicting
This is one of those dips that won’t last long because you can’t just dip once! So get out your corn chips, tortilla chips, veggies, or pita bread and get ready for the dipping party. This is such a delicious recipe that is super simple to make, totally creamy, and layered with the perfect textures. It is oven-baked to perfection, and will certainly make you the hit of any party. Let’s get dippin’!
VEGAN SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz bag of frozen spinach
- 1 12 oz can of artichokes or use fresh if you’d like! Or a jar!
- 1 small diced onion
- 4-5 cloves of minced onion
- 1 C vegan cream cheese
- 2/3 C vegan mayo
- ½ C nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp Vegan Parmesan
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook onion and garlic in a pan until onions are translucent. Add frozen spinach until unthawed. Stir in artichokes. Heat. Stir in cream cheese, mayo, nooch, Parmesan, and spices. Heat and stir thoroughly. Place in oven safe bake-wear and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
