APPLE MONSTERS
Ingredients
- Large apples
- Creamy nut or seed butter
- Strawberries sliced
- Mini vegan marshmallows We like Dandies or Trader Joes
- Sunflower seeds or almond slivers
- 1/3 cup filtered water
- 1 t lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut apple in 4s and then slice out mouth of each section
- Mix water and lemon juice and submerge apple pieces in it for a few minutes.
- Dry apple slices off and add nut butter inside mouth.
- Create teeth with sunflower seeds, almond slivers or mini marshmallows
- Add a slice of strawberry to be the tongue
- Create eyes with chocolate chips.
