1/2Cplant-based milk
1/3Cvegan mayonnaise
1/3Cgrated vegan parmesan cheese
1/2-3/4Cshredded vegan cheese
1Tspyellow mustard
¼tspItalian seasoning
1/8tspblack pepper
½tsponion powder
½tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Clean a head of cauliflower. Place in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Carefully remove from water and place it in baking pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl. (No need to heat!) Take cauliflower out of the oven and pour creamy mixture over the cauliflower. Bake again for another 15 minutes at 350. ENJOY!
