Hungry Planet Burnt Ends

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hungry Planet Pork™
  • Barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Press pork on a parchment paper lined baking sheet until 1/2" thick.
  • Bake in a 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly and cut into 3/4" - 1" strips.
  • Pan-fry in oil until crispy on all sides.
  • Mix crisped pork with barbecue sauce.
