Use veggies of your choice
Red Onion
Garlic
Broccoli
Potatoes
Butternut Squash

Instructions
Chop all the vegetables and place in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add seasoning mixture, and turn heat down low for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp but cooked.
Add the kale pieces at the very last minute, so they stay fresh and crisp.
