PBJ.LA’s Double Chocolate Marshmallow Fluff Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 pk Vegan Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Aquafaba
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ tsp Chocolate Extract
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • ¼ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1 dollop Peanut Butter
  • 2 slices of Sourdough Bread

Instructions

  • Melt coconut oil and marshmallows together in pan.
  • Mix Aquafaba in electric mixer.
  • Add vanilla extract and chocolate extract to aquafaba mixture when valleys and peaks appear.
  • Add cocoa powder to marshmallows.
  • Combine marshmallow into mixer
  • Add vegan chocolate chips
  • Scoop a dollop of peanut butter and a dollop of fluff on bread.
  • Trim crust from sandwich.
  • Serve.
