  • 1/2 cup raw pecans or cashews
  • 1/2 medium cooked potato
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 3-4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
