Vegan French Toast Stuffed With PB&J

Ingredients
Your choice of bread!
Your choice of peanut butter
Your choice of Jelly/jam
make sure there's no gelatin!
Approx 1.5T of Just Egg
Approx 1.5T of your choice of plant milk
it can be sweet or unsweet
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg if you'd like
Instructions
Spray a frypan and let it get hot.
Make a PB&J sandwich!
Mix the Just Egg, plant milk, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Dip the PB&J in the mixture. Let it sit in the mixture for about 10 seconds each side.
Place sandwich in the pan. Turn heat down to medium.
Let it cook until golden brown.
Flip and let the other side cook until golden.
Serve with syrup! YUMMY!
