In a pan cook tofu with Szechuan Spicy Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce. Heat up Garbanzo beans with Salt to taste, Tumeric, Black Pepper, Ground Cumin and Cayenne Pepper. In a bowl add Spinach as your base. Add all other ingredients in the amount you want on top. Mix Sauce ingredients together and drizzle on top of bowl. With each bite think of something, you are grateful for.
