Spices:
black pepper to taste.
Batter:
1 cup of flour, 1 cup of cornstarch, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper mixed in a bowl
Instructions
cut your tofu into thin rectangles, pat them dry with a paper towel, stack them together and use toothpicks to keep them together.
Dip in the batter and shallow fry for 2 minutes per side on a high heat.
