Ground coriandercumin, garlic, favorite spices (optional but adds a great kick of flavor)
Instructions
For Salsa: Place all ingredients other than tomatoes in food processor and pulse until well combined. Add tomatoes and pulse until all ingredients are blended but not completely smooth. Enjoy with your favorite chips, on baked potatoes, on salads, you name it!
For Chips: Stack tortillas and cut in a cross pattern, then an X and you'll have 8 pieces per tortilla. Lay all the pieces onto a baking sheet and spray with lime juice then sprinkle with ground coriander or salt if you desire. Bake at 350 F until the tortillas are crunchy enough to use as chips! Typically 10- 20 minutes.
