Gluten Free Chocolate Donuts
A simple and rewarding vegan gluten-free chocolate donut recipe the whole family will love.

- ½ cups water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 ½ cups oat flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup cocoa powder and carob
- 1 ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- Make coconut glaze:
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
For the Donuts:
Mix the Wet ingredients and then Dry ingredients together.
Oil the doughnut sheet, Bake 375 F for 20-25 minutes
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
For the Glaze:
After the doughnuts are cooled, dip one side in glaze. Sprinkle with coconut flakes or cacao nibs.
