Ally Iseman's Chocolate Hazelnut Mylk from Ep 2 of New Day New Chef

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup hazelnuts (soaked overnight)
  • 1 dash cacao extract
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tbsp raw cacao powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until liquified
  • Strain through a nut milk bag
  • Enjoy hot or cold

Notes

Decrease the amount of water by half to make it creamier. Add even less water
to make a creamy spread like mousse.
