Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit ( 200 C.)
Spray a large pan with oil or line the pan with parchment paper.
Cut the pressed tofu into 1 inch cubes ( bites size) season with 1tsp garlic and ole bay and then place tofu evenly on the prepared pan.
Lightly spray tofu with oil.
Bake tofu for 20 minutes. Take out the tofu, flip it, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl combine the sauce ingredients together and whisk.
Take the baked tofu out and add it to the sauce and mix.
Serve with your favorite grain and veggies.
