A Simple Vegan Italian Sausage Pasta Dish
A very simple and quick recipe that is sure to become a family favorite.

- 1 package Tofurky Italian Style Sausage
- Your favorite pasta noodles
- 1 jar marinara pasta sauce
- Fresh veggies: 1/2 sweet white onion, red pepper, button mushrooms, all organic (I suggest broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, zucchini)
- 2 Tbls of veggie broth
- Plant-based parm or nutritional yeast
- Handful of basil
Boil water for pasta. Add in and boil until cooked. Chop up veggies. Add 2 Tbls of veggie broth to skillet and warm up on medium/high heat. Start with onions, sauté until translucent. Add other veggies. Cook for 10 mins until soft. Cut up the plant-based sausage into quarter pieces. Add sausage to the veggies. Add pasta sauce until warm. Place pasta in bowl, add veggie sausage mixture. Top with plant-based parm or nooch and garnish with fresh basil.
