unsweetened plain almond milk

arrowroot flour

round Miyoko’s Mozz cheese

avocado oil

sea salt
Neutral spray oil for pan
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Lightly spray a 6-muffin pan with oil.
Fill cups 1/2 way full with batter.
Bake for 25 minutes.
