Brazilian Cheese Bread Recipe

Looking for a Vegan Cheese Bread Recipe?

A perfect Brazilian vegan cheese bread recipe has arrived.  Pao De Queijo aka Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pronounced “pow de kayzho”) is what we are cooking on this episode of #SaturdaySnackDown. These delicious morsels are based on traditional Brazilian cheese bread. Light and chewy, they’re like a combination between a pizza crust and a cheese stick. Best of all, they are super quick to make.  Michelle May joins us and shows us how it’s done. This recipe features one of Michelle’s favorite gluten-free flours – tapioca. Unlike other gluten-free flours, it has a very neutral flavor and its soft texture is much more similar to conventional flour.
