Fried Quinoa Is Easy and Delicious!

I have never even heard of fried quinoa before, but it makes perfect sense…just replace rice with quinoa, a far healthier choice of grain with more flavor too!  Andres Velarde joins us again on #LunchBreakLIVE and shows us how it’s done.

Fried Quinoa Is Only One Of The Many Things He Loves!

Andres is a vegan influencer based in Per̼. He is 25 years young and has found his purpose and passion for animal rights and plant-based content marketing. Andres has been a big fan of cooking since he was 5 years old and switching to plant options was really easy, it was almost automatic for him Рthere are over 500,000 plant-based ingredients out there, which makes creative cooking easy. Many of the things he enjoys most in life are free for everyone, like TED talks, YouTube videos, and free e-books. So he says he just wants to give back to the world and share his wisdom on LunchBreakLIVE when it comes to new vegan recipes.

I have The Recipe For You For This Fried Quinoa!

The recipe is below for this delicious and filling fried quinoa meal.  It beats your standard fried rice by far with all its flavor and added veggies.  It is pretty simple to cook up and makes a great side dish for any meal.  Quinoa is a high protein food, so this little dish gives you a protein punch with every bite.

Time To Get Frying With Some Quinoa!

Will you be cooking this side dish?  I think I will because I love quinoa.  It has a fabulous light nutty flavor and a texture that I just love.  I have never thought to fry it before, so I look forward to giving it a try.  There are many more recipes from Andres to choose from, and other great chefs, from previous episodes of #LunchBreakLIVE, so I hope you will give them a try too.  Thanks for stopping by, hope you had as much fun as I did with this fun meal.  Until next time…
