Lentil Burger. It’s Un-BEET-able!
This Lentil Burger Is Healthy AND Delicious!
Andres Velarde joins us again on #LunchBreakLIVE, sharing his amazing Lentil Burger recipe that you do not want to miss. You can easily buy delicious vegan burgers and any grocery store these days, but why not make your own from scratch at home. Doing it this way makes it way healthier and filled with unbeatable nutrients! Check it out…
The Lentil Burger King
Andres is an animal rights activist born and raised in Lima, Perú. He always called himself an ‘animal lover’; however, up until the date he went vegan, he realized he was being a hypocrite…eating certain animals and respecting others. While Andres was in the process of learning about veganism (learning about soy meat, soy milk, and other vegan options), his passion for cooking grew astronomically: he found every burger was different, every milkshake, ice cream…had different ingredients. By going vegan he not only grew in line with his values, but his compassion for all living beings grew beyond his imagination.
Andres is a regular on #LunchBreakLIVE, and we love having him. He always cooks up really incredible dishes for us, often recipes based on Peruvian dishes. I remember when he cooked us a delicious Falafel recipe. Check out that episode HERE.
