Buffalo Cauliflower Wings: A Tasty Superfood!
These Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are special because they are nutrient-dense! They are 100% whole-food, plant-based, yet have the same flavor and texture as a fried and fattening version of the same thing. It’s quite amazing how tasty these are given the few calories they pack! All you need is some raw cauliflower (frozen works), some vegan buffalo sauce, some hemp seeds, and some flax meal. If you want to spruce things up a bit you can chop up some celery and add a side of vegan creamed cheese or vegan ranch dressing to the mix. So much yum!

Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/8 cup hemp seeds shelled
- 1/8 cup flax meal
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, mixing together until cauliflower is covered.
- Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 11-12 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
- Let cool and serve!
