sliced into wedges (we like red and yukon golds)

we like avocado or olive oil

onion granules, garlic granules, and chili powder

smoked paprika
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Toss potato wedges in oil until coated. Add cajun spice blend and mix until coated.
Air fry or bake at 375 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
