6-7large Juicy Strawberries
1Young Thai Coconut

Instructions
Juice the carrots, ginger & strawberries in a juicer.
In a blender place all the spices & add the water & the meat from the Young Thai Coconut.
Blend until a smooth & creamy texture is achieved.
Pour into glasses or a glass jug & Chill.
To serve, grate in some ginger (optional) & some nutmeg
